Compensation and Fees
As a non-profit organization, The Fuller Foundation seeks to charge fees based on a generally accepted standard for similar industry services, while at the same time recognizing that we need only cover our costs of providing the services. Should The Foundation find itself in the desirable position of more than breaking even, the Foundation will either rebate fees to clients or donate the excess to charity.
Based on that perspective, we charge a percentage-based fee for investment management services based on assets under management. Similarly, we charge a percentage-based fee for trust administration services based on assets under administration. Our fees are always fair and reasonable and, beyond expenses, are designated to support organizations, institutions, ministries and charities in much the same way our clients have chosen to do.
Donor-Advised Funds, which provide both investment management and administration services, have a separate percentage-based fee for each service. The Foundation does not generally charge for gift and estate design services, except for any material out-of-pocket expenses. Legal fees related to third party legal services are generally charged directly to our clients.
